We all flourish when we each are truly heard, supported and valued — the restorative process avails unique tools for people to restore relationships to a place of health and well-being.

New to the Restorative Process?   It’s Goal…

Restoring Relationships, Peace, and Mutual Trust

Restorative methods empower people to avoid the pitfalls of ineffective shame, blame, and guilt, and instead to work productively toward healing from harm and making sure that the harm does not happen again.
I facilitate restorative practices and peacemaking services for community groups, corporations, faith-based groups and non-profits, numerous universities and schools, as well as personal coaching and conflict resolution for families and couples.

Conflict or Distrust Can Erode Peace and Team Progress

I mentor and train community groups, businesses, organizations, and teams to learn new tools to resolve conflicts when they happen and cultivate relationships to avert future conflict.

I practice the craft and art of helping people restore their relationships to a place of health and well-being, where everyone in the relationship feels valued, honored, and supported, which makes everyone be able to experience more joy and less conflict in life.

Business and community leaders are discovering the power of restorative methods to empower teams to communicate effectively and solve problems collaboratively.
